1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jqk88 and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at jqk88.app (the "Platform"). By using the Platform in any capacity, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposits are generally credited to your jqk88 account instantly. In the event of a delay, jqk88 is not liable for processing times imposed by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC complete);
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same account holder;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated;

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 jqk88 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside the relevant promotion.

5.2 Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of jqk88. jqk88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using arbitrage strategies, or providing false information to qualify — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

5.4 Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. jqk88 reserves the right to void withdrawals that include bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the jqk88 Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, competition, and market. Users are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing a wager.

6.2 Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed by the user except where jqk88 provides an explicit "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" function for the relevant market. jqk88's decision on the settlement of all bets is final.

7 Casino & Slots Rules

7.2 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino game session, jqk88 reserves the right to void the relevant game round. 8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 jqk88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account, at its sole discretion, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• The account is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or regulatory compliance;
• The account holder requests self-exclusion;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

9.2 You may close your jqk88 account at any time by contacting customer support. On closure, any balance in your account (net of pending bonus wagering requirements and any amounts under investigation) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method.

9.3 Dormant account fees may apply to accounts with a positive balance that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months. The applicable fee will not exceed the account balance.

12.2 jqk88's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 jqk88 is not liable for any losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, government actions, or force majeure events.

13 Privacy & Data

13.1 jqk88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 jqk88 may share personal data with third parties where required by applicable law, regulatory order, or as necessary to process payments, verify identity, or prevent fraud. jqk88 will not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Governing Law

15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
